Live-aboard
Sitka Blacktail Deer
Hunting
Stan Duncan is your Coast Guard approved skipper and licensed transporter.
He has been a resident of Kodiak Island for forty years. He has hunted
since he was 14 and has been a commercial
salmon fisherman for nearly thirty years. Stan's knowledge of the woods and
experience on the sea promises you a safe and adventurous hunt. With the
41-foot F/V Sea Walker as a base camp, Stan is able to
offer your group tremendous mobility, allowing you to go where the weather and
the hunting are optimum.
Comfort is not sacrificed, either!! The main cabin of the F/V Sea Walker houses
the captain's quarters, along with a galley that includes a stove, sink and dining area,
and an enclosed toilet. Additional living quarters are added to the deck of the
boat for hunting season, offering four comfortable bunks so that you and up to
three of your buddies will have plenty of room for sleeping and gear.
There will be only eight hunts available
from October
1st - December
1st.
